PROCESS / TECHNICAL ENGINEER

TITLE : Process / Technical Engineer

POSITION OBJECTIVE : Provides Technical / Process support to the production function of efficiently manufacturing consistent quality. Provides troubleshooting assistance to the production group in all production areas. Establishes and maintains programs and systems to improve the quality consistency of our products. Develop and designs new products as required.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• B.S. / MS degree in Engineering or with minimum or equivalent experience in industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with production operators (plant), marketing and purchasing.
• Blown film / multi-layer extrusion film formulation experience is a plus.
• Additional experience in statistical methods or statistical process control techniques is plus.
• Additional education in Chemical, Material, Polymer Science or Technology is a plus.
• Certificate of ASQ is a plus.
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
