    • Schedule

    We are hiring for full-time, 40-hour shifts at our Vacaville and Fairfield EBSH homes :

  • SundayThursday : 3 : 00 pm 11 : 00 pm (Fairfield)
  • Sunday-Thursday : 7 : 00 am - 3 : 00 pm (Fairfield)
  • Friday-Tuesday : 7 : 00 am - 3 : 00 pm (Fairfield)
  • ThursdayMonday : 3 : 00 pm 11 : 00 pm (Vacaville)
  • FridayTuesday : 3 : 00 pm 11 : 00 pm (Vacaville)
  • TuesdaySaturday : 3 : 00 pm 11 : 00 pm (Vacaville)
  • Sunday - Thursday : 3 : 00 pm - 11 : 00 pm (Vacaville)

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents with daily living needs (grooming, bathing, hygiene, communication, mobility)
  • Assist with medication administration, following the Seven Rights for verification
  • Supervise and participate in community and recreational outings
  • Prepare meals and maintain compliance with food storage and safety guidelines
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the home and environment
  • Record data and maintain files in compliance with Title 17, Title 22, and program design
  • Use Nonviolent Crisis Intervention techniques to manage challenging behaviors (assaultive, SIB, property destruction, PICA, etc.)
  • Advocate for residents and maintain respectful communication with all parties
  • Attend all required trainings and staff meetings
  • Dress and conduct yourself professionally in line with safety and company standards

    • Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities
  • Excellent communication skills with a respectful and positive attitude
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as required
  • Must pass a health screening and TB test
  • Must maintain RBT certification with BCBA supervision (for RBTs)

    • Title 22 requirements also apply :

  • Minimum age 18
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • DOJ / FBI fingerprint clearance
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Valid CA Drivers License with a clean driving record
