Location : Remote, preferred to live near Los Angeles, CA, or Louisville, KY

Employment Type : Approximately 30 hours / week

Pay range : $25-$30 an hour

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Content Creator to own EllieMD’s social media presence. This role is responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and posting content across platforms, keeping our community engaged, and ensuring our brand voice shines through every post.

The right person will be equal parts designer, storyteller, and strategist, able to create compelling visuals, write engaging copy, and maintain a consistent posting schedule. In addition to social media, this role will assist with a few marketing projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain EllieMD’s social media content calendar .
• Create and design on-brand posts, stories, and other digital assets for social platforms.
• Write clear, engaging copy that reflects EllieMD’s warm and professional brand voice.
• Schedule posts across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments / messages, and foster community interaction.
• Track performance metrics and recommend strategies for growth.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams on campaigns, launches, and promotions.
• Support miscellaneous marketing tasks as needed (email assets, web updates, etc.).
