The Heart of Your Role As a Physical Therapist, you will provide effective, personalized care, working in-clinic or virtually, as directed by physician referral. Personalized Treatment : Conduct comprehensive assessments, establish functional goals, and use adaptive equipment and therapeutic techniques to provide high-quality care. Effective Communication : Track patient progress, regularly re-evaluate treatment plans, and coordinate goals / discharge planning within the interdisciplinary team. What You'll Bring to the Team We are looking for a reliable, team-spirited PT committed to whole-person care : Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association-approved program. Current license or temporary permit to practice as a Physical Therapist in Tennessee. (Compact Licensure accepted, where applicable.) One year of outpatient PT experience OR entry through an approved CareATC mentor program. Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and professional customer service skills.
