A company is looking for a New Patient Consultant I.
Key Responsibilities
Assist new patients in initiating their journey and scheduling appointments
Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, providing information on services and physicians
Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure accurate data entry in the electronic medical record system
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1+ year experience in a large volume inbound call center preferred
1+ year experience in the healthcare field preferred
