Clinical Manager ER RN

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Manager of Emergency Services (RN) to lead our Emergency Department team in delivering exceptional patient care. This is a high-impact leadership role in a dynamic hospital setting where innovation, quality care, and team collaboration are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the operations of the Emergency Services department

Develop, mentor, and support a high-performing clinical team

Drive quality initiatives and performance improvement strategies

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Build relationships with pre-hospital care providers and EMS teams

Qualifications Required :

Current (or eligible) New Mexico RN license

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

Experience in a for-profit hospital setting preferred

Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams

Preferred Qualifications :

Master's degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Administration, or MBA

Experience working with pre-hospital providers / EMS systems
