    Compensation :

    $120,400 - $187,500 yearly

    Responsibilities :

  • Generate and nurture leads through proactive outreach and community engagement.
  • Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process with exceptional service and attention.
  • Stay informed on local market trends, ensuring clients receive up-to-date and relevant information.
  • Manage and cultivate client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for mutual growth and success.
  • Utilize company resources and training to continuously improve your real estate knowledge and skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions to ensure seamless service.

    • Qualifications :

  • No prior experience required; training provided.
  • Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry.
  • Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude.
