A company is looking for a Content Specialist to create engaging content that supports customer education and knowledge management efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Create and update written content for help center articles, training materials, and internal resources
Support the development of multimedia assets, including short-form videos and tutorials
Translate complex product information into user-friendly content and maintain accuracy across platforms
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in content creation, writing, or knowledge management in a SaaS or technology environment
Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating clarity and audience focus
Experience with short-form video editing and basic graphic design is preferred
Ability to manage multiple assignments and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk or Adobe Premiere is a plus
