Product Quality Row Crop Specialist. This role will partner across several working teams to enable high quality cotton inventory in both our precommercial and commercial production systems. The individual will partner with key stakeholders including field and plant production, quality labs and enablement teams to ensure our customers receive the high-quality seed that will enable their success on their farm. Specifically, this role will be responsible to ensure that usage decisions are completed for all inventory through establishment of quality spec reviews, oversight of appropriate quality assurance best practices, data collection, leadership reviews and inventory disposition. Core responsibility also includes accountability for LTO in collaboration with Legal and Regulatory teams. In addition, the role will engage in continuous improvement outcomes for cotton that drive improvement in our business metrics.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $107,961.60 - $161,942.40. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data / ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
