Custodian Position

Our client is seeking a Custodian to join their team. As a Custodian, you will be part of the Facilities Support Department supporting the maintenance and cleanliness of the manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title : Custodian

Location : Hanover, PA

Pay Range : $17.00 / hr

Shift : Monday Thursday, 6 hours per day, roughly 24 hours a week

What's the Job?

Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties in common areas of the buildings

Perform minor repairs and maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs

Maintain supplies in restrooms, including toilet paper and paper towels

Assist in cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and break rooms

Perform limited grounds maintenance, such as trash pickup

What's Needed?

Ability to keep the facility clean and organized with attention to detail

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

At least 2 years of relevant experience in custodial or maintenance roles

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for prolonged periods

Experience with machine operation is a plus
