American Traveler is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Everett, Washington.

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an acute care hospital position requiring at least 1 year of experience and current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

  • Acute care hospital setting at a Level II Trauma Center
  • Day shift with 5x8 hour schedule; flexible start time between 6am and 10am, ending no later than 6 : 30pm
  • Every 4th weekend rotation is required, with opportunity for more if desired
  • EPIC EMR system is used; prior experience preferred
  • No floating between like units, but travelers may be required to float between facilities within the state
  • Responsibilities include providing physical therapy care to acute care patients in a Level II Trauma environment
  • Scrub colors are flexible except no reddish orange allowed
  • All time off requests must be submitted at the time of application; minimal RTO is permitted
  • Former permanent staff must wait three months before returning as a traveler and may not live within 50 miles of the facility
  • First-time travelers are accepted
  • Parking cost is covered by the facility

  • Current WA PT license required; pending license accepted for consideration
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience in an acute care setting
  • Two supervisory references from within the last three years in a comparable setting required
  • SSN and date of birth required for consideration
  • License required if applicable
