This role combines leadership, coordination, and hands-on support to maintain a secure and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership
• Supervise, schedule, and evaluate a team of security guards across assigned shifts.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Ensure guards adhere to protocols, dress code, and conduct standards.
• Operational Oversight
• Monitor surveillance systems, patrol logs, and incident reports.
• Coordinate emergency response and communicate with law enforcement when needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of security posts and equipment.
• Policy Enforcement
• Enforce access control, visitor management, and safety procedures.
• Investigate security breaches, write detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Administrative Duties
• Maintain shift rosters, attendance records, and incident documentation.
• Assist in budget planning for security resources and staffing.
• Participate in security planning for events, high-risk situations, or facility upgrades.
