Seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join a dynamic team. Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers through regular communication.Address client inquiries related to administration, billing, claims, and other service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.Prepare professional and accurate insurance proposals and summaries for client presentations.Identify cross-sell opportunities and recommend new lines of coverage tailored to clients' specific needs.Oversee and manage the renewal process for assigned clients.Market client accounts, prepare marketing materials, and present options to clients.Ensure the seamless implementation of policies, including the preparation and delivery of required forms.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the client management system.Coordinate and lead relationship management meetings with clients.Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, new products, and legislative changes relevant to clients' needs.Understand underwriting requirements and carrier guidelines to provide accurate information to clients.Qualifications / Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, insurance carriers, and team members.Comprehensive understanding of various insurance products and the ability to provide expert advice to clients.Proven experience in building and maintaining positive client relationships.Active Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.Preferred experience with Agency Management Systems, particularly Applied EPIC.A minimum of 3 years of relevant insurance industry experience, with a focus on commercial lines account management.Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to quickly learn essential software programs.Seniority level
