Job description
A company is looking for a Document Management Specialist to manage patient profiles and prescription processing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming patient and prescription-related communication channels
Create and maintain accurate patient profiles and process new drug orders
Verify prescription details and collaborate with pharmacy staff and healthcare providers
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED, or licensed / registered pharmacy technician
1+ years of pharmacy experience
Knowledge of pharmacy terminology and medication
Basic math and analytical skills
Intermediate typing / keyboard skills
