Nuclear Maintenance Engineer

A company is looking for a Nuclear Maintenance Equipment Engineer to support the design and delivery of nuclear maintenance equipment for a reactor project.

Key Responsibilities

Design nuclear maintenance equipment systems from requirements through final design

Create operational narratives, diagrams, and documentation for nuclear maintenance systems

Oversee fabrication and delivery of maintenance equipment, including casks and valves

Required Qualifications

B.S. in Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited university

6+ years of experience in mechanical system design and operations

Proven experience with nuclear reactor systems or nuclear maintenance processes

Strong background in the design and operation of complex mechanical systems

Experience working under quality programs such as ASME NQA-1 or ISO 9001
