Responsibilities

We're actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to become vital members of our Assisted Living team. Bring your passion for delivering exceptional patient care and help to create a nurturing environment where our residents thrive. You will work under the direction of a Licensed Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care in an Assisted Living setting, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. You'll play a vital role in supporting our patients' personal needs and comfort, functioning within the standards of your certification.

Position Highlights :

• Assist patients with daily living activities (ADLs), including personal care, mobility, and feeding.
• Obtain and record vital signs, weights, patient intake and output accurately.
• Help patients with ambulation and transfers, ensuring proper body alignment.
• Prepare patients for therapy, transport them, and ensure their comfort.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients, including making beds and responding promptly to call lights.
• Perform skin care treatments and apply simple dressings as permitted by state regulations.
• Report any changes in patient condition, concerns, or complaints to the charge nurse.
