Heidelberg Pressman – Frankston, TX

Frankston Packaging, a leader in paperboard folding carton manufacturing , is seeking an experienced Heidelberg Pressman to join our production team in Frankston, TX for 2nd Shift.

This position plays a vital role in operating and maintaining Heidelberg offset printing presses to produce high-quality packaging that meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up, operate, and maintain Heidelberg offset printing presses.
• Ensure print quality, color consistency, and registration accuracy throughout each production run.
• Perform make-readies efficiently and minimize downtime and waste.
• Inspect printed materials for defects and perform necessary adjustments.
• Follow all company and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members in production, quality, and maintenance.
• Perform routine maintenance and assist in press troubleshooting as needed.
