Job descriptionTitle : Internal Medicine Physician Location : Parkville, MD area (a short drive from Baltimore s vibrant culture and crab cakes). Schedule : Monday Friday daytime hours, with plenty of flexibility. Prefer to start late? Early riser? Want half-day Fridays? We ve got you covered. Typical Day : Split your time between hospitalist services and a skilled nursing facility (or primary care, depending on the day). Daily Volume : 22 patients. Facilities : Rotate between 2 3 facilities, all within 30 minutes of each other. Call Schedule : One weekend per month, but no evening or weekend calls so you can binge-watch your favorite shows in peace. Manage follow-ups, evaluations, new admissions, and sick visits. Help maintain and improve the health of individuals in the community. Bring your expertise and humor to a collaborative and supportive environment. Base Salary : $250,000 Bonuses : Up to $50 75K annually (because you deserve it). Sign-On Bonus : $10K (we re serious about making this work for you). Relocation Assistance : $5K to help you get settled. Flexibility : Create your own schedule work smarter, not harder. Benefits : Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans. Retirement Plan : 401K with employer contribution (future you will thank you). CME & PTO : Because you need time to learn and unwind. Visa Sponsorship : J1 or H1B let s make it happen!
