Superintendent Commercial / Industrial Construction

Location : Omaha metro & surrounding Nebraska areas

Role : We are looking for a Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial / industrial construction projects especially wastewater plants, pumping stations, industrial process buildings, or large general commercial structures. You will be hands-on in leading trade crews, enforcing safety and quality, and coordinating subcontractors on site. Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily field operations : trade manpower, schedule execution, quality control, safety compliance.
• Coordinate with PM / Assistant PM on schedule progress, logistic issues, inspections.
• Manage subcontractor performance, site logistics, equipment / materials movement.
• Enforce safety protocols, jobsite housekeeping, owner / engineer relations. Qualifications :
• 7+ years of field construction experience in commercial / industrial setting.
• Experience as Superintendent on projects in the $10 M+ range.
• Strong leadership, team communication, ability to drive results in the field.
