Location : Candidate must be within 40 miles of a Schneider Electric Hub (e.g., Andover, MA; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; etc.). The role involves being in the office 2-3 days per week with up to 40% travel across the US.

About the Group : The Protection, Controls & Automation (PCA) group of Digital Power specializes in solutions for electrical substations, data centers, oil & gas, and distribution networks. The Energy Automation team seeks a Sr. Application Engineer with expertise in Power systems, Protection schemes, relays, testing, and troubleshooting.

Core Responsibilities :

• Safety First : Promote Schneider Electric safety policies.
• Design & Testing : Lead design, configuration, testing, and validation of protection, control, and automation projects, including FAT and SAT.
• Technical Leadership : Lead project discussions with customers and teams.
• Collaboration : Work with Sales and Project Managers during project handover and execution.
• Innovation : Develop and propose new solutions and improvements.
• Escalation Management : Resolve technical issues effectively.
