Cloud Care Specialist

A company is looking for a Cloud Care Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance on Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace licensing, configuration, and best practices

Conduct assessments of clients' cloud licensing and subscription positions to identify compliance gaps and cost-saving opportunities

Serve as a primary point of contact for cloud-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and escalations

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Cloud Specialist, Licensing Consultant, or similar client-facing role

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace licensing and administration

Familiarity with Azure and AWS billing practices is highly desirable

Experience using SaaS management or optimization tools is preferred

Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Azure Fundamentals, Google Workspace Administrator) are a plus
