Psychiatric - Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Location : Worcester, Massachusetts and several surrounding sites

Coverage Duration : December 1, 2025 May 31, 2026

Schedule : 30 hours per week

Coverage across 7 nursing homes in Natick, Northboro, Marlboro, and Worcester

Team-based care model with monthly staff meetings

Setting :

Geriatric psychiatric care within skilled nursing facilities

Patient Load :

Approx. 150 clients total

Support :

Collaborative team environment including DONs, social workers, and MDs

Requirements :

Active Massachusetts license

DEA and CSR required

Experience with geriatric psychiatry preferred

Local providers strongly preferred

Services Include :

Therapy and medication consultation
