Smith Performance Center is hiring a full-time Clinical Nutritionist or Registered Dietitian.

Role Overview
Were looking for a Clinical Nutritionist or Registered Dietitian to lead SPCs Energy Capacity divisionthe bridge between rehab, performance, and long-term health.
In this role, youll integrate nutrition directly into our treatment and training model, helping clients fuel recovery, build strength, and sustain progress for years to come.
Job Duties
Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and create individualized plans that support tissue recovery, exercise performance, and sustainable habits.Collaborate with SPC physical therapists and strength coaches to align interventions with the clients current phase of care.Deliver one-on-one consultations, follow-ups, and periodic group sessions or workshops.Participate in weekly staff and learning meetings to review cases, share insights, and refine the SPC system.Maintain accurate and timely documentation through our client management platform.Develop educational materials and assist in refining SPCs nutrition framework.Qualifications
Essential :
Masters degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related health science.Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) credential through the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists (BCNS).Growth mindset and enthusiasm for collaboration within an interdisciplinary team.Excellent communication skills and strong client rapport.Commitment to professional excellence and continuing education.Note : Arizona does not currently require state licensure for dietitians or nutritionists, but national registration (RDN or CNS) is required for this role.
Preferred :
Experience working with active adults, athletes, or clients recovering from injury.Background in strength training, exercise physiology, or behavioral nutrition.Familiarity with Smith Performance Centers rehab and movement approach, or willingness to learn our integrated model.Experience addressing bone health, osteoporosis, and stress reactions through nutrition and lifestyle interventions.Perks and Benefits
