Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Manager RN to lead the Labor and Delivery unit. This role requires acute care leadership experience and the ability to create a positive, efficient, and patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in clinical and managerial expertise to ensure top-tier care for families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the Labor and Delivery unit, ensuring optimal patient care and staff performance.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to foster professional development.
• Implement policies, protocols, and best practices to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency.
• Coordinate resources and schedules to maintain smooth department operations.
• Ensure compliance with hospital standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic and family-centered care.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Current RN license in Texas required.
• 3-5 years of recent (within the last year) acute care Labor and Delivery leadership experience required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certified.
• Medication Learning Module completed.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six (6) months of hire required.
• AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification within six (6) months of hire required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified, with experience in TX Room, PACU, ICU, HS, Labor & Delivery, and Operating Room preferred.
