Come grow with us! The Woodbridge School at Partners in Child Development in Andover, MA is looking for a kind, patient, and engaging part-time Assistant Preschool Teacher – Float . This position is scheduled for Tuesdays and Fridays, 16 hours per week between the hours of 8 : 00am and 4 : 00pm. Hours may vary depending upon staffing needs (you may on occasion need to work 7 : 30-3 : 30 or 8 : 30-4 : 30). This is a full year program.
Our Woodbridge School is an early childhood education program that offers a safe, joyful, and creative environment for children to learn through play. Our program is unique as learning is ‘organic’ in that each child finds joy and love of learning through exploration, open-ended play, and creative expression.
Role Responsibilities
In this role, you will move between our three classrooms as needed to :
- engage with children ages 18 months to 5 years in play
- help with classroom activities
- maintain a clean and neat classroom environment
- diapering and toileting
What You Bring
At least 6 months of previous Assistant Preschool Teacher experience required. Toddler and Pre-K experience also considered.High School diploma or equivalent.Commitment to caring for the wellbeing of young children.Excellent oral and written communication skills. Requirements :
At least (6) months of previous Preschool Assistant Teacher experience required.
