The locum tenens Internal Medicine opportunity in Indiana.-Location : near South Bend, IN (90 miles from Chicago)-Duration : July 2019 on-going for 90+ days-Schedule : Full-time or every other week-Clinic hours : Monday-Thursday, 8a-4p-Weekend Call : Rotating, Friday 12p-Monday 8a-Weekday Night Call : Rotating, Monday Thursday, 5p-8a-Patients : 18-20 per day, outpatient only-EMR : Epic-Affiliated hospital : 254 beds-Required : Board certified or board eligible with Indiana license
