Job Description

• Help manage the ever-growing information needs our clients
• Serve as an advanced technical resource that can act as an advocate for our customers
• Communicate with business clients via telephone and written correspondence regarding technical questions and issues related to Web Services
• Provide the highest level of support for technical issues involving .NET Enterprise Services (Serviced Components), System Transactions, Web Services applications, UDDI applications
• Web Services Enhancements (WSE), DTC, IActiveScript, XML Serialization, WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), WIF (Windows Identity Foundation), and Windows Workflow Foundation, .COM / DCOM / OLE / COM+ / COM Interop and .NET remoting issues
• Provide clients with a high level of support for any .NET class within System.Runtime.Remoting or an Interface or API listed in MSDN under Platform SDKComponent ServicesCOM
