Responsibilities :
The Dental Associate is responsible for delivering dental services supported by a collaborative team. Our practice offers :
DentaPro software for efficient practice management.Digital x-ray and Panorex units for superior diagnostic capabilities.Fiber-optic handpieces enhancing patient comfort.Comprehensive training annually in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management.A dedicated team : 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.A diverse patient base, primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% of adult patients.A productive office flow with an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.Experience with a mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.This role offers opportunities for growth through mentoring and collaboration!

We expect you to meet the following requirements :
A DDS / DMD from a Commission on Dental Accreditation-accredited dental education program.A current, valid license to practice dentistry where care is provided, or eligible for licensure.Necessary certifications, including CPR, DEA, etc.Nitrous Oxide certification (only for certain states).A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide care to both children and adults.We value teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.
