Description :
We are seeking an Outpatient Rehab Physical Therapist.
The position involves a Monday to Friday schedule.
Shifts are from 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM.
A minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience is required.
Candidates must hold a valid Florida license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary.
Experience with Epic EMR is preferred.
Candidates should be flexible and willing to float to other campuses as needed.
All demographic information must be uploaded at the time of submission.
Travelers are welcomed and are expected to function as core staff.
Consideration for time-off or scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission.
No requests for changes will be approved after submission.
Documentation must be submitted by the hard deadline prior to the start.
No exceptions will be made for pending documentation.
