Pediatric Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Full-time)

Suncoast Hospice, a member of Empath Health is currently seeking a part-time Pediatric Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team!

Location : servicing Hillsborough County

Schedule : Full-Time (40 hours per week); Four 10-hour shifts

The Pediatric Services Social Worker :

• Qualified Social Worker responsible for assessing and intervening regarding the needs of chronically or terminally ill children and their families.
• The pediatric social worker is the primary social worker for the pediatric care programs including Hospice, Perinatal Loss, and Partners In Care.
