Family Practice / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Nurse Practitioner Commerce CA (15 min SE of LA)

PT- 1 day per week

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our award-winning practice part time (1 day per week) in the LA area at our office in the City of Commerce. Our providers offer treatment options customized to each patient. Ideally, we need a Nurse Practitioner who is experienced in orthopedics and / or pain management and is proficient in joint and trigger point injections.

Job Responsibilities :

• Patient consultations and follow-up evaluations
• Order and review diagnostic imaging / labs, and testing
• Diagnosis and Treatment Plan formulation
• Office-based procedures- trigger point and joint injections
• Referral to other providers as indicated
• Documentation- timely and accurate
• Patient education- as to the diagnosis, treatment plan options and pre / post care instructions
• Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
