What You'll Do as a Product Manager

As a Product Manager at VAL-CO, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and profitability within your assigned agriculture product categories , especially in the poultry and swine markets . By thoroughly understanding customer pain points in the poultry industry, you'll ensure that our product offerings remain competitive, innovative, and aligned with industry needs.

You will :

• Interact regularly with poultry growers , dealers, and integrators to gather actionable insights.
• Advocate for product enhancements and cost improvements in sourcing and manufacturing.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for innovation in the poultry and livestock equipment space.
• Represent VAL-CO at Dealer Advisory Councils, trade shows, and industry events .
• Create and deliver impactful presentations and contribute to content that enhances our brand's presence in the poultry industry .
