About the Role

We are looking for an innovative and strategic Director of Marketing to spearhead the creation and implementation of a data-driven marketing strategy designed to achieve our business objectives, including customer acquisition, retention, and brand enhancement. As the leading marketing authority, you will define our brand's positioning, tone, and messaging across all channels while managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and delivering robust ROI and LTV analysis.

Your role will encompass identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations, as well as designing and executing diverse performance marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. You will also build and refine our affiliate and partnership programs, implement player segmentation and lifecycle marketing, and oversee the production of engaging marketing content. A pivotal aspect of your role will be to actively connect with the crypto and gaming community to promote loyalty and stimulate organic growth.

To be considered for the Director of Marketing position, you should possess a minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within iGaming, crypto, sports betting, or dynamic B2C tech environments. We seek candidates with a proven ability to scale user acquisition and retention, a deep understanding of crypto audiences, and experience navigating Web3 marketing as well as casino and gambling compliance. Hands-on experience with paid acquisition, managing affiliate marketing initiatives, and influencer collaborations is critical.

This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong creative instincts who excels in both strategic planning and execution. Proficiency in analytics and attribution tools, coupled with excellent communication skills and a passion for gaming, crypto, and online entertainment, are essential for success in this role.
