Must-Have :

COVID-19 Vaccine required + Booster - No Exemptions

Flu Vaccine required - No Exemptions

Description :

Scheduling requires flexibility with variable days from Monday to Saturday.

Variable start times between 7 : 00 AM and 10 : 00 AM are expected.

Candidates must have 1 year of relevant experience.

BLS, ARRT N, CNMT, NMTCB, and a valid State License are required certifications.

Preferred certifications include ARRT R and PET.

No restricted time off within the first two weeks of assignment.

A maximum of 7 days of restricted time off is preferred within the 13-week contract.

All requests for time off must be submitted and cannot be changed once sent for review.

Experience with Epic charting system is required.

Two supervisor references are required during the application process.

Modules must be completed before starting and are expected each year.

All qualifications must be in-hand during application to ensure compliance.
