• 4 Physicians / 4 CRNAs
• 5 ORs plus 1 OB OR
• Approximately 5197 cases annually (3317 are outpatient)
• General, Endo, GI, GYN, minor cardiac, ortho, podiatry, urology (no transplants), vascular, Peds for dental and ENT (tubes) - 6 months and up
• No OB, hearts or heads.
