Key Responsibilities

Supervise a team handling various Workers Compensation claims to ensure high-quality service

Oversee hiring and training of adjusters, fostering a culture of performance improvement

Manage team goals and workloads to optimize efficiency and service quality

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 10 years related claims experience

Appropriately licensed and / or certified in all relevant jurisdictions

5 years' experience handling lost time and litigated work comp claims

3+ years' leadership experience overseeing a team of 5 to 7 adjusters
