Position Summary :
USA Clinics Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our New York City Team! This role will support our day-to-day upkeep of our clinic locations in New York and New Jersey, with occasional travel to other states, and will pay a key part in maintaining our clinical environments and supporting clinic operations.
Position Details :
Location : New York City, NY (This position will require travel to our NYC & NJ Clinics throughout the five boroughs)Schedule : Full-timeCompensation : $20-$25hr based on experience and qualificationsThis full-time position works Monday-Friday and requires travel to our NYC & NJ Clinics.
Responsibilities :
Travel between clinics in New York City area & New Jersey, with occasional travel to other states as needed.Maintain overall cleanliness and tidiness of each clinic location in accordance to our company standards.Unpack supply shipments and restock storage rooms and patient care areas.Ensure clinics maintain a uniform and professional appearance.Identify any maintenance or repair needs and communicate them to the Maintenance Lead.Follow up to ensure repairs are scheduled and completed in a timely manner.Check expiration dates and remove any expired inventory items.Assist with organizing supplies and keeping inventory areas neat and functional.Requirements
Highly organized and detail-orientedSelf-Starter with the ability to work independently and without supervisionExcellent Tidiness and cleanliness standardsComfortable traveling regularly to clinic sitesProficiency in Outlook & Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication skills and team-oriented attitudeHandy or mechanically inclined is a plusBenefits
