Contract Recruiter

Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and perform initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.

Collaboration :

Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Candidate experience :

Ensure a positive and smooth experience for candidates throughout the entire hiring process.

Process management :

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to extending offers and assisting with onboarding.

Administrative tasks :

Maintain accurate records in an applicant tracking system (ATS) and conduct reference and background checks.

Sourcing candidates :

Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to find potential applicants.

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
