Responsibilities

• Identify customers' needs and buying motivations and pair them with the correct vehicle.
• Conduct product presentations, perform demonstration drives, and guide customers toward purchasing the vehicle; overcome obstacles and objections.
• Maintain constant improvement in vehicle and process knowledge and educate customers on products and processes.
• Assist customers at initial contact, provide professional follow-up, and support after purchase.
• Track customers through meticulous input of information into the database; follow up by phone, email, and document all communications.
• Learn and understand vehicle financing; present financing options to customers.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all paperwork; create purchase agreements, appraisal information, credit applications, and relevant documentation.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal reporting guidelines.

Employee Requirements

Hours

This is a full-time position.

Store hours : Monday–Friday 8 : 30 AM - 7 : 00 PM, Saturday 8 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PM (shift start / end times vary). Off Sunday plus one weekday.

Compensation

Compensation is commission based. Paid training period - $20 / hour for the first 60 days. After the first 60 days of full-time employment, you will receive 14 days of paid time off available to use.
