About the Role
The Store Team Leader (STL) is responsible for fostering a positive and productive environment for both team members and customers ("Neighbors") while driving overall store performance. This role champions operational best practices, identifies opportunities for improvement, and celebrates team successes daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, thanking, and offering carryout support to every Neighbor.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, training, evaluations, corrective actions, and terminations.
- Coach and develop team members using company training tools and daily / operational checklists.
- Communicate effectively with the team through huddles, one-on-ones, and other channels.

Proven retail supervisory experience or successful prior experience as a Store Team Leader.Skills & Abilities
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and stock shelves.Proficient in operating store equipment and POS systems.Strong communication skills with team members and customers.Ability to read, count, and write accurately.Full access to all store areas (sales floor, stockroom, register).Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.Reliable and consistent attendance.What We Offer
