Job description
A company is looking for a Strategic Planning Principal focused on Business Process Optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Drive workstreams to develop tailored recommendations and solutions for business challenges
Conduct Business Process Optimization analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create deliverables and enhance execution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
8+ years of experience in strategic planning, business process optimization, or operational excellence
Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives in a global organization
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and customer-centric design principles
Expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) preferred
