Overview

Great Day Improvements is looking for a Brand Ambassador to represent our home improvement brand, K-Designers. We are seeking professional, driven, and outgoing marketers to establish new client relationships and build brand awareness. The Brand Ambassador will be face-to-face generating new clients at various contracted events and residential neighborhoods in the states we operate in. The role includes collecting reviews from our previous customers. The primary goal is to generate new opportunities with homeowners interested in purchasing the products and services we provide. This is hourly plus commission, earned when a new client you generated makes a purchase. Travel costs are reimbursed where applicable, and there are performance-based bonuses. Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for engaging in generating highly qualified leads using all forms of field marketing.
• Memorize and recite script and statements prepared for and provided by K-Designers.
• Introduce K-Designers offers to potential and existing customers and schedule appointments for estimates.
• Get information such as contact details, availability, and signatures from homeowners.
• Confidently answer questions and respond to objections from homeowners using rebuttals to drive as many leads as possible using training provided.
• Transport self to assigned event or territory and work independently while representing K-Designers with courtesy and professionalism.
• Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor new Brand Ambassadors as necessary.

Compensation & Benefits
