    Responsibilities :

  • Lead the development and execution of the organization's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with our mission and goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement robust financial systems and processes to support the organization's growth.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and financial standards.
  • Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, financial consultants, banks, investment advisors, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Provide financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets, and business drivers.
  • Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in a non-profit organization.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Strong understanding of non-profit accounting, including sophisticated fund and grant accounting, compliance, and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using financial management software.
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
  • A commitment to the values and mission of our non-profit organization.
  • CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus.
