Commercial and Residential HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial and Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and 2+ years of experience in commercial and / or residential air conditioning and refrigeration systems. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, servicing, and troubleshooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on residential and commercial properties.

Equipment types that will be worked on include :

2-10 ton residential units and 10-30 ton commercial units.

This is not a seasonal position; it is permanent and full-time. Wage will be based on experience and discussed during the interview. Applicant must have a clean FL Driver's license and be drug free.

General Responsibilities

• Service HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and refrigeration systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on existing HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning HVAC systems, identifying issues related to mechanical components.
• Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
