Compliance Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze U.S. federal and state leave law changes and translate them into actionable product requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams during agile development cycles to ensure ongoing feature compliance

Maintain detailed documentation of compliance requirements and support user acceptance testing for compliance-related features

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a bonus

3+ years of experience in business analysis within a compliance, SaaS, or regulated environment

Hands-on experience working within agile software development teams

Knowledge of regulatory compliance analysis and requirements traceability

Familiarity with project management / documentation tools like Jira or Confluence
