About Your Role :

Affinity Solutions seeks a smart, curious, technically savvy Senior Data Scientist to join our Data Science team. The Data Science team at Affinity Solutions builds statistical and machine learning models that help clean, normalize, and transform credit card transaction data from semi-structured into structured form. Then, we build panels, cohorts, balancing, and calibration methodologies to make the data easier to use and power our ad-tech / mar-tech products at scale. In this role, you will be leading our "plug and play data" initiatives to make our data more representative, stable, and easy to use, while also improving cost effectiveness.

Your Responsibilities :

• Engage in R&D to research, evaluate, and implement new modeling methods and technology, including but not limited to areas of data balancing and projection, cross-sectional analysis, panel / cohort generation, data anonymization, and synthetic data generation
• Mine large consumer datasets in the cloud environment to support ad hoc business and statistical analysis, identifying consumer category trends and work with specific large retailers on uncovering insights into their customer behavior and inform their strategy against competition
• Provide analytical / statistical support, such as marketing test design, projection, campaign measurement, and market insights to clients and stakeholders
• Communicate methodologies and results to management, clients, and other non-technical stakeholders

Your Qualifications :

Salary Range : $150,000 - $165,000

Office Hours : 9am - 5 : 30pm
