Your key responsibilities will include : \n

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and creating personalized care plans.\n
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.\n
• Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and medical history.\n
• Providing wound care and executing nursing interventions as necessary.\n
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care delivery.\n
• Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to ensure high-quality care.\n\nWhat We Deliver : \n
