Employment Type : Per Diem

Pay Range : $50.00 - $55.00

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities :

  • Assess client needs and develop care plans
  • Assess patients' physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs through standardized evaluations and clinical observation
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Occupational Therapist Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Occupational Therapy license in Massachusetts
  • 1 year of experience in home health care required
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
