\n18 month minimum Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU experience required.

\nNurse : Patient Ratio by shift : 1 : 1, 1 : 2 for ICU status, 1 : 3 for stepdown / non ICU in overflow unit.

\nCertifications Required : BLS, PALS

\nCertifications Preferred : ACLS
