What You’ll Do :
- Oversee kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef, ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Lead by example during service, supporting line execution and team communication.
- Train and develop culinary staff, fostering a positive and high-performing kitchen culture.
- Maintain kitchen organization, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Assist with inventory control, prep lists, and ordering as needed.
What We’re Looking For :
Experience : 2–5 years of salaried kitchen leadership experience in upscale or high-volume restaurants.Balance : A mix of corporate and fine dining or elevated casual experience is ideal.Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.Mindset : Calm under pressure, team-driven, and dedicated to delivering a premium guest experience.Compensation and Benefits :
